OBJECT DESCRIPTION AND HISTORY:
The manor house was the residence of the Kubiny family, one of the oldest noble families settled in Liptov. It is a two-storey originally medieval building of a rectangular layout from the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries. It was renovated in the Renaissance style in the middle of the 17th century. Other changes passed in the 18th century, in the Baroque style. Renaissance and Baroque vaults have been preserved in the interior. The manor house has smooth facades and a mansard roof. The ring tower dominates the front.
Ideal location right in the tourist center of Slovakia. The Manor House is located between Bešeňová and Liptovská Mara water reservoirs.
Great access to the thermal spa Bešeňová (3,5km), Aquapark Tatralandia (14km), or the most famous ski centers such as Skipark Jasna or Snowparadise Strbske Pleso. Close to the manor house, there is a private airport AERODROME JASNA.
Because of the current two floors and the two-level roof it is possible to design four above-ground floors during the reconstruction.
The result of the several-year process of preparing the manor house reconstruction is
- Detailed design
- Valid building permit
- Static report
- All the positive statements of the District Office
- Elaborate visuals
- Permits of the Regional Monuments Board
- Financial analysis
- Business Plan
